In consideration of HD Faculty™ performing the respective task for a given client, that client is required to agree and covenant that while any amount remains due or is owed to HD Faculty™ under the Agreement, that it shall deliver to HD Faculty™ quarterly Financial statements and such additional information regarding the financial position of the Client as HD Faculty™ may reasonably request. |
