Where there are infrastructure investment program fees, the Client agrees to pay all the fees and charges associated therewith, more specifically, research, analysis, development, supply, and implementation of HD Faculty™'s financial product/(s), such as the H-DISPIV™ (Hybrid Development Investment Special Purpose Infrastructure Vehicle), and the like pursuant to the provisions of the duly executed agreement.
