Pursuant to the provisions of duly executed agreement, the Client agrees to reimburse HD Faculty™, (i) immediately and without demand, for any payment HD Faculty makes under the “Appointment Letter” and/or the Agreement in respect to the Project (ii) on demand, for any payment HD Faculty makes in connection with the Agreement to satisfy the Client’s obligation under, or otherwise benefited the Client in the transaction underlying the Project.
