In the event that the Client desires, and it is mutually agreed to, that HD Faculty™ provides training services, which may be used to conduct training and/or consulting programs not specifically identified in the respective agreement.

In such case, the Client is required to pay the prevailing rate per hour for each consultant that is appointed and assigned to undertake or provide the required service(s), with an increase of three percent (3%) per annum for the duration of the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing between HD Faculty™ and the Client.
