Pursuant to the provisions of an executed agreement, HD Faculty™ reserves the right to transfer and/or assign its agreement and/or the proceeds that derive therefrom. The Client is required to accept all such assignments and/or transfers as binding, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
