From time to time, the provisions of a duly executed agreement requires that the Client agrees to pay to HD Faculty™ or its successor, on demand, all reasonable expenses and out-of-pocket costs, plus 20%, that HD Faculty™ may have incurred and paid in respect to the respective agreement or the project, without limitation.
