Without limiting paragraph 2, Independent Contractor, below, in accordance with the provisions of the executed agreement, the Client shall reimburse HD Faculty™ to a maximum prescribed in the Agreement in the lawful currency of Canada, the host country, or their respective equivalent pertaining to out-of-pocket expense reasonably incurred in respect to facilities provided, travel expenses, telex, fax, telephone, postage, and supplies, on a project-by-project or transaction-by-transaction basis.
