For value received, HD Faculty™ may grant to the investor or creditor, by way of charge, security interest in a specific property or properties, allocated portfolio securities, designated accounts receivable or a non-commingled sinking fund account duly formed by HD Faculty™ for the expressed purpose ( the "Collateral").
