Information Sharing. Where the sharing of information and systems between HD Faculty™ and the strategic partner, or where suppliers’ and customers’ activities are undertaken to increase and drive HD Faculty™ to efficiently achieve its objectives, the authorized provider shall ensure HD Faculty™ that necessary action has been, and from time to time, will be taken to protect HD Faculty™ from all forms of risks associated therewith. In addition, the successful provider is required to demonstrate that there will be no unauthorized access to critical company information..

Product Developments profitability. Where HD Faculty™ undertakes to enter into, or appoint a qualified entity to be its strategic partner or outsource provider to create a win-win situation in respect to developing a product and/or service for and on behalf of HD Faculty™ or its respective client, it shall ensure that consideration is given to the product and/or service line profitability.

Infrastructure Development. In instances where HD Faculty™ is the Lead Advisor in respect to an infrastructure related project, it shall ensure that effective measures have been undertaken in respect to program development dealing with the various issues related to real estate and construction management. HD Faculty™ shall ensure that the supply chain required to manage the network including suppliers, distribution centres and operations, is in place.
