Non-core Activities
The type of outsource activities preferred to be employed, from time to time, is a blend of non-core activities carried out through outsourcing and strategic alliance relationships that permit HD Faculty™ to maintain a hands-on supervision through HD Faculty™'s in-house team, which operates the entire function, located on site at the counterpart’s premises as and when the need arises. This type of relationship enables HD Faculty™ to leverage the vast resources available to the strategic partners and providers of the required service. This twist enables HD Faculty™'s dedicated team of professionals and specialists to address issues such as: purchase sourcing, outsourcing, co-sourcing, supplier and vendor management analysis and audit, which includes but is not limited to the requisite plans in respect to the following issues:
(a)
Make or buy;
(b)
Material handling;
(c)
Capacity simulation;
(d)
Location and inventory analysis;
(e)
Supplier and vendor chain operations;
(f)

(g)
