Organization Structure. Unless otherwise overridden, HD Faculty™ has a Board of Directors, supported by six (6) committees, eash with a Chairman, a Managing Director, C.E.O., President, Vice President(s), Secretary, and Treasurer(s). In order to achieve its special purpose objectives, HD Faculty™ is divided into three (3) business units, namely, (1) Full Service Management (service industries and capital projects), (2) Research, Development and Deployment, and (3) Monetary and Finance.

Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, division is subdivided into four (4) business units, thereby creating a total of six (6) business service units.  Therefore, from time to time, the presiding directors and managing officers are required to ensure that HD Faculty™'s respective divisions and its supporting management faculties possess all the key elements and employ the most skilled personnel, equipped with the most advanced cutting-edge operating systems and programs, in a safe and trusted environment.
