Where HD Faculty™ obtains portfolio proceeds for the purposes stated in paragraph (2), Use of Proceeds, above, it is, and shall be, prohibited from fluctuation. It is the duty and responsibility of the Investment Management Team to ensure that the said sums are kept intact for the duration prescribed by HD Faculty™.
